Service approved quickly

Applied for the ACP benefit. Approval was fast. Got a free SIM card. Service works well. Happy with it.

Got my SIM, works fine

Needed a new SIM card kit for my old phone. Ordered it online, came in about a week. Popped it in, activated it like they said, and it just worked. No fuss, no drama. Glad I got the free monthly data too, makes a big difference.

Smooth Activation, Good Coverage

I ordered the lifeline wireless plan with a refurbished iPhone. The application process for the Lifeline program was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation within a day. Shipping took about 7 days to get to my address in Florida, which was reasonable. The phone arrived well-packaged and looked almost new, no noticeable scratches. Activating the SIM card was easy following the instructions provided in the box. I had a quick question about data usage, and customer service picked up on the second ring; the representative was helpful and answered all my questions clearly. So far, the service has been reliable with good signal strength in my area. The free monthly data and unlimited talk/text are exactly what I needed.

Decent Service, Slow Shipping

I got the Affordable Connectivity Program plan and a tablet bundle. The application for ACP was simpler than I expected. The tablet itself is okay for basic use, but not very fast. Shipping took 10 days to reach me in Texas, which felt a bit long. Customer service was helpful when I called about the delay, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, the free data and service are great for the price (free!), but they could improve on delivery times.

Reliable as Always

This was my third time getting a service from TruConnect, this time for a mobile hotspot. Like my previous Lifeline and ACP plans, everything was consistent. The application for the hotspot went through without a hitch, and it arrived in about 6 days. I've always found their service to be reliable, and this new hotspot is no different. It's comforting to know what to expect. That consistency is why I keep coming back, plus the unlimited talk and text is a huge help.

Good Value, Free Phone

I was looking for a free government phone and found TruConnect. I applied for the Lifeline program and got approved for a free Android smartphone. The process was quite easy, and I didn't pay anything for the phone or the monthly service. It felt like a really good deal, saving me a lot of money. The phone works fine for calls and texts, and some light internet use. Definitely worth it for the savings.
